Oudebao Trading Company was established in 2010 to engage in import and export trade, and established the group Zhaoqing Hongxiang Machinery Co., Ltd. in 2019. The group headquarters is located in Deqing, Guangdong, with 40 production employees. It is a provider of commercial and industrial grade cleaning and disinfection equipment manufacturing and intelligent production line solutions.
The company is driven by the dual core strategy of “Industry 4.0 Intelligent Manufacturing+Global Delivery”, and has built a business layout of “independent brand export, multinational enterprise customization, and domestic leading and excellent engineering” covering an area of 8000 square meters, including production workshops, research and development centers, warehousing and logistics centers, etc. The equipment process fully complies with ISO9001 and has passed the stainless steel quality testing report, food contact safety certification, and microbiological testing 2024FM01062R01. Production Procedure
Our production line adopts internationally advanced manufacturing technology and equipment, strictly follows the ISO9001 quality management system, and ensures that every piece of equipment meets the highest standards. The production process includes:
• Raw material inspection: Export specific NOVACEL304 stainless steel plate is used to resist alkali corrosion, ensuring that all raw materials meet food grade standards and quality requirements.
• Precision machining: Using laser processing and automation equipment to achieve high-precision machining.
• Production and processing: Welding, electrical assembly, and process operations are carried out by professional technicians.
• Assembly and debugging: Assembled and functionally tested by professional technicians to ensure stable equipment performance

• 质量检测：通过多道检测工序，包括实际安装调测试、温度测试与密封性测试，确保设备出厂前100%合格。

We invest approximately 10% of our annual revenue in research and development, dedicated to developing efficient, energy-saving, and intelligent cleaning equipment:
• Research and development areas: including high-temperature and high-pressure disinfection technology, intelligent control systems, energy-saving and environmentally friendly design, high-pressure and high-temperature cleaning efficiency, drying and disinfection functions, etc.
• Testing experimental area: equipped with advanced testing equipment, simulating various usage environments to ensure equipment performance and reliability.
